I hereby authorize Flint Golf Club to conduct a personal credit check by utilizing the service of any kind and all credit reporting agencies. In the event my account becomes delinquent, I shall be responsible for all costs associated with collecting the amount due, including, but not limited to, actual reasonable attorney fees and costs. An email notification must be sent if you were to resign from the club. Membership each year is a yearly commitment and all dues, fees, and assessments for the calendar year must be paid for in their entirety in addition to any dues, fees, charges, and assessments through the end of the month the resignation is submitted unless board approval is granted.
